Our Story

How We Met

It all began in 2018 at Oakwood University. Two freshmen, Dori and Bryce, crossed paths on campus, and a simple introduction quickly blossomed into a friendship filled with laughter and deep conversations. They soon discovered a shared sense of dreams and a connection that felt undeniably special.

The Beginning of Us

By April 2019, that friendship turned into something more. Bryce officially asked Dori to be his girlfriend, and they embarked on their journey as a couple, ready to take on the world together.

Building a Life Together

After graduating, they moved to Maryland to start their adult lives side-by-side. Their love for adventure truly took off—they found joy in traveling to new places, exploring eclectic restaurants, and soaking in culture through art, museums, and music. Through it all, they built a relationship founded on authenticity, joy, and unwavering support for one another.

The Next Chapter

Now, after years of growing together as individuals and as partners, they are thrilled to begin their greatest adventure yet: marriage. They cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the family and friends who have supported them every step of the way.
