Airport Transportation
Finding Your Transportation
After passing Immigration, Customs, and the Concession Hall, proceed outside to the transportation area. A representative from QWANTOUR will be waiting with a GARZA BLANCA sign. There will be several transportation representatives in this area, so please look carefully for the GARZA BLANCA sign. Once you've located the representative, they will escort you to your vehicle.

Please Expect Delays: Cancún International Airport is currently experiencing high transportation demand. After meeting your transportation representative, please allow at least 30 minutes before boarding your shuttle.

Flight Changes: If your flight itinerary changes for any reason, please notify the transportation company immediately by calling (+52) 998 193 2930 or messaging in the group
